What you’ll be doing?

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven E-Commerce Customer Engagement Lead to propel Sabre Hospitality’s state-of-the-art SynXis Retailing solution. In this role, you will partner with our hospitality clients to elevate their commercial strategies and drive revenue growth through advanced retail and e-commerce techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Regional Engagements: Oversee regional e-commerce initiatives to drive consistent revenue growth on the SynXis Retailing platform.
• SKU Management Strategy: Develop a data-driven SKU management strategy, identifying optimal SKUs for retail customers based on insights and analytics.
• SKU Development: Collaborate with regional retail clients to design complex SKU variations that enhance the performance of their virtual storefronts.
• Content Optimization: Ensure the creation of top-notch SKU content that highlights hotel brands' unique value propositions, including engaging imagery, compelling feature titles, and detailed descriptions.
• Performance Audits: Conduct audits of existing SKUs and recommend enhancements, including seasonal offerings.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or revenue management—preferably within the hotel or travel or retail sectors, including agency or consulting exposure in Asia Pacific region.
• Strong command of digital marketing strategies, web analytics, data visualization, and e-commerce platforms.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to convey data-driven insights effectively to clients.
• Proven project management expertise, with the ability to engage and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with hotel retail analytics, brand management, or shopper marketing is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Ecommerce (User Experience Focus)

1. Website Management: Manage and maintain the company’s ecommerce platform, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and user-friendly experience.
2. Product Listings: Manage product listings, produce product content, upload images onto our E-commerce website, and ensure all product information and images are accurate and up-to-date.
3. Performance Tracking: Use web analytics tools to track site performance and user engagement, making adjustments as necessary to improve UX. Analyse sales performance vs targets, identify bestsellers, and provide recommendations to improve sales and webstore user experience.
4. Product Launches: Plan and execute key launches and sales.

Customer Service (Operations, Satisfaction, and Retail Servicing Focus)

1. Customer Support: Serve and support customers who visit the studio, providing them with product information and assistance. Handle customer inquiries and complaints across multiple channels including our showroom, WhatsApp, phone, social media, and emails, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Showroom Management: Maintain a well-presented, clean, and organized showroom at all times. Receive and process orders, new stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, as well as all stock-take exercises.
3. Quality Checks: Conduct quality checks and pack new stocks to ensure that they meet our standards and specifications. Investigate defect issues with the designer. Ensure stocks tally online and onsite.

Teamwork

1. Collaboration: Work closely with various teams (such as sales, marketing, and logistics) to ensure a unified approach to customer service and ecommerce operations.
