Responsibilities:

• Servicing and repair of material handling equipment i.e. diesel and electric fork lift / MHE
• Troubleshoot and rectify MHE issues
• Other tasks as assigned by workshop supervisor

Requirements

• Possess Class 3 Driving License
• Bonus if have 1 year of experience in electrical / diesel forklift OR experience in automotive / industrial equipment repair

To support our efforts in Singapore, we are looking for a Customer Success & Ops Executive who is empathetic, an active listener and critical thinker to join our Member Experience team.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media, etc.).
• Actively listen to customers' concerns and requirements, offering suitable solutions or guidance to efficiently resolve their issues and meet their needs.
• Assist doctors in resolving any technical or customer-related issues that arise during consultations, ensuring a smooth experience for both doctors and customers.
• Provide comprehensive and accurate information regarding our products, medicines, treatments, and services to customers, ensuring they are well-informed.
• Document customer feedback and maintain records of customer information, issues, and resolutions using appropriate tools and systems.
• Continuously develop an in-depth understanding of the company's products, services and processes to provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Assist in pharmacy inventory management to ensure accurate stock reconciliation and replenishment.
• Coordinate with our logistics partners to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders.
• Process customer orders swiftly and accurately, verifying order and payment details for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist the operations team to accurately pack and ship orders.

Your Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in a customer service, operations or healthcare-related role, preferably in a telehealth or healthcare setting.

Proven track record of excellent customer service, operations and logistics experience.

Your Skills:

• Professional proficiency for written and spoken English to effectively communicate with team members from different countries.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills to address technical or customer issues that may arise and find efficient resolutions.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize, listen actively, and provide appropriate solutions to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.

As a Service Coordinator, you'll troubleshoot client issues, schedule project manpower, and track project completion. Your role is pivotal in ensuring efficient project execution, client satisfaction, and timely delivery of services.

Job Description:

1. Client Interaction:

• Engage with clients for remote troubleshooting, providing advice on servicing and maintenance issues.
• Maintain a proactive approach to client communication to enhance satisfaction and address concerns promptly.

2. Manpower Coordination:

• Assist in scheduling service technicians, ensuring proper allocation of resources for timely project completion.
• Coordinate with the Plumber, Main-contractor, or Consultant as required for seamless execution.

3. Document Management:

• Assist in document submissions and control to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure that all drawings and correspondences are accurately documented for future reference and auditing purposes.

4. Tracking and Follow-up:

• Implement a robust tracking system for service and maintenance cases to monitor progress and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with stakeholders to address any outstanding issues and keep all parties informed.

5. Project Schedule Review:

• Review project schedules to align service activities with overall project timelines.
• Ensure timely submission of required documents to relevant authorities for approvals.

6. Collaboration with Engineers:

• Work closely with engineers during various project phases, providing necessary support and coordination.
• Facilitate effective communication between service teams and engineering departments.

7. Ad-hoc Duties:

• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as instructed by management, contributing to the overall success of the project and team.

Responsibilities

· Guarantee the service lead time and quality of repairs over time.

· Manage capacity (technical/non-technical resources) at each stage of the repair process, supported by a clear and shared decision-making process.

· Master the management of physical, system/ERP flows, and reports in order to identify any drift.

· Understand and anticipate the seasonality of the repair activity on different time scales based on repair and sales history.

· Develop skills and versatility of the technical resources available through appropriate training.

· Master the various mechanisms of the repair process (flow, work in progress, batches and transfer frequencies, priority management, date management, sequence of operations, standardization, etc).

· Ensure strict compliance with the application of the mechanisms (compliance with procedures, quality monitoring and technical guidelines according to defined standards).

· Identify opportunities for improvement and implement the corresponding improvement processes, including inter-market best practices.

· Ensure the maintenance of the workshop organization, as well as the facilities, equipment and tooling.

· Ensure daily monitoring of repair activity and performance (service rate, productivity and quality of repairs).

· Implement a decision-making process shared and understood by all teams to initiate the necessary corrective actions to maintain performance over time.

· Drive market communication across the decentralized network; work with local delegate(s) and monitor the activity of the network.

Requirement

· At least 10 years experience working as an After Sales Service Manager / Director.

· Ability to work independently and within a team - accountable for your own actions and able to act with both urgency and integrity towards both, personal and shared work goals.
