The Service Contracts Analyst oversees complex portfolios of service and maintenance contracts for a specific geography. *Will be relocated to Geylang area in April’24

Job Description: -

Counter (Primary Responsibility)

• Attend to walk-in customers, be it
  o General Enquiries
  o Repairs (First-Level Check)
  o Products(s) Viewing & Introduction
  o Showroom Sales
  o Shell Escape Redemption
• Receiving inbound and making outbound calls.
• Showroom maintenance (house-cleaning etc.)
• Administrative works (paper works etc.) related to counter and showroom
• Follow-up on customers’ & dealers’ repair sets
• Assist Call Centre when called upon.
• Liaise and work with inter-department(s) colleagues, to ensure commitment to our valued customer is fulfilled.

Call Centre (Secondary Responsibility)

• Receiving inbound and making outbound calls.
• Administrative works (paper works etc.)
• Assist to handle enquires from our Business WhatsApp
• Liaise and work with inter-department(s) colleagues, to ensure commitment to our valued customer is fulfilled.

Job Requirement: -

• Preferably two years of working experience in similar field

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of company owned sales online platform.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, partners and vendors for the operations of the E-Commerce platform web development, order fulfilment, pricing management.
• Working with fulfilment teams to ensure seamless customer experience and ensuring smooth operational flow.
• Management of marketing platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with marketing team to create marketing strategy that increases sales by driving more traffic and conversion via online channels.
• Build personalisation strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
• Working with marketing team and media agency to develop impactful campaigns, including tracking, monitoring, and evaluating campaign performance by using data-driven insights.

• At least 5 - 8 years of working experience in E-Commerce Channel Management, Marketing or other related experience.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Commerce (Magento).
• Preferable if familiar with Salesforce & Ungerboeck and/or other similar CRM and Event and Venue Management software.
• Strong MarTech and E-Commerce marketing capabilities such as proficiency in Adobe, SEO would be preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, ROI driven.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage deadlines.
• Confident, driven and dynamic, the candidate needs to work well as a team player, and to work independently when required.

Responsibilities:

Process support:

• Read, understand and analyze HR process as per the business rules as a subject matter expert.
• Execute the process accurately and timely as a hands on processor.
• Master the given process and help the team members to overcome process related queries
• Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems.
• Creates a logical plan, realistic estimates and schedule for an activity or project segment.
• Train the team members on process updates.
• Ensure process controls are in place; Maintain, validate and update process documentations as applicable to ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
• Perform “Root Cause Analysis” on issues faces and suggest appropriate corrective action for current remediation and future control.
• Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improved accuracy or enhance controls
• Participates in Knowledge Transfer of any process/client and acquires in depth knowledge of process as an SME.
• Participates in various internal initiatives related to Process.
• Must have clear understanding of the existing matrices in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent.

Team support:

• Plan proper allocation of work.
• Support Team lead / Manager with Daily stats / reporting and MOS.
• Enrich team members with a clear sense of direction and understanding of each others' responsibilities.
• To be available on the floor through the day to resolve process related issues.
• Participate in Team building activities.
• Create effective QC and Audit mechanism within process to ensure delivery on SLA’s.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder
• At least 3 years of professional experience in HRSSC or HR Operations
• Mandarin speaking to liaise with Chinese counterparts

Job Summary:

Coordinate and enhance logistical processes, inventory management, and repair administration to optimize efficiency and compliance

Job Scope:

• Streamline logistics distribution processes for increased efficiency and reduced time consumption.
• Support the Service Center by managing inventory, verifying delivery documents, overseeing spare parts conditions and quantities, preparing picking lists, conducting cycle counting, and handling order fulfillment.
• Assist Admin Supervisor in repair administration duties, including managing repair files in ERP and generating reports for data analysis.
• Implement modifications in processes and products.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in product quality and work environment.
• Efficiently handle shipment and receipt of goods to and from the entity.
• Monitor shipping validity dates, debits, duties, and tariffs, ensuring compliance with import and export regulations.
• Communicate issues and provide feedback to superiors for enhanced productivity.

Requirement:

• Min 2-5 years of experience in logistics coordination, inventory management, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using WMS & ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant logistics software.
