THE ROLE

The Technical Service Manager (TSM) plays a critical role within the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services - APJ & GCR organization as a trusted advisor, responsible for safeguarding and optimizing customers' investments in SAP Enterprise Cloud Services. As the primary point of contact for customers in technical discussions and escalations, the TSM is tasked with developing a deep understanding of each customer’s landscape, advising on technical requirements, and addressing complex challenges throughout the customer lifecycle. Work Experience

• 9+ years of SAP technology (BASIS) experience in the IT industry.

Patient Service Associates (PSA) provide frontline counter services to patients. What You’ll Be Doing

• Process order entries, ensure that these entries are accurate, issue timely invoices, and actively correspond with customers on delivery/service status in APAC.

•Assist the General Manager in the development of the Preventative Maintenance business, a specific growth target area of the business.
•Responsibility for the providing of informed and accurate technical advice to potential customers regarding servicing of the Company’s products.
•Assist in the detailing of production paperwork for the correct manufacture of the Company’s Door products as required by the client.
•Effectively negotiate and resolve any disputes in relation to customers, suppliers, or other interested parties that may arise in the normal course of doing business
•Advise the Directors of any matter or incident (including but not limited to product liability), public liability, workers compensation, motor vehicle accident, industrial dispute, criminal or civil action alike) that may involve the company or its insurers incurring some form of liability or may reasonably be of interest to the Directors of the Company.

Requirement:
•Min diploma in Electrical or Mechanical with related technical background that at least 3-5 years experience
