Job Responsibilities

• Assist and advice taxpayers on their filing and payment obligations.
• Guide taxpayers on the step-by-step e-Filing procedures.
• Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of e-Services and chatbot.

Requirement

• Only Singaporean.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Open to entry level with qualification of A Levels and above.
