Inbound Call Centre
Working hours: Rotational shift, Mon – Sun
4 weekdays + 1 weekend (5 days per week)
Location: Changi / Jurong East
Duration: 12 months (Renewable / convertible)
Note: 3 months training

Working hours:

AM - 8AM to 8PM (8 hours working hours), example 8AM to 5PM or 9AM to 6PM

PM - 1PM to 12 Midnight (8 hours working hours), example 1PM to 10PM or 2PM to 11PM

Job Scope:
* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries on general and transactional enquiries
* Communicating with customers through various channels.
* Acknowledging and resolving customer requests.
* Customer outreach to encourage the use of digital services.
* Consistently deliver high quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction without compromising risk
standards.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve all customer queries and requests.
* Able to multi-task while speaking to customers and toggle between system application screens in a fast-paced environment.
* To consistently meet the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) without compromising quality of service delivery
* To adhere to professional standards of behaviour & conduct in dealing with customers & fellow colleagues

Requirements:

• Min. GCE ‘O’ Level or Higher Nitec
• At least 1 years of experience in call center setting
• Has experience dealing with KPI preferred

Responsibilities:

• Handle day to day operations and transaction in the forwarding area
• Arrange bookings for shipping documents e.g.shipping orders, shipping notes, B/L etc
• Ensure timely dispatch of shipping documents

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and social media
• Address customer concerns and provide accurate information about products and services
• Building and keeping a good rapport with customers and fully comprehending their needs
• Ensuring that client information is updated and reviewed, including contact information, birthdays, and Social Security numbers
• Maintaining knowledge of current services to provide clients with accurate information
• Setting up appointments or contacting clients after their initial encounter with a salesperson and helping the sales team to boost output
• Finding new clients through participating in networking events and trade exhibits
• Prepare reports on customer service activities, trends, and performance metrics
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions and remain calm under pressure
