Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the F&B or Retail industry
• Candidates with F&B-related experience will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Plan duties and deployments; in charge of supervising and managing all captains, servers and runners
• Cover the role of server as and when necessary
• Ensure that the restaurant, including the washrooms, are kept clean and tidy at all times
• Ensure that there is music playing in the background and lightings for the restaurant is at comfort level
• Ensure that all fire extinguishers are not expired and exit areas are neat and tidy
• Write comment logs to update, report and disseminate information at the end of every shift

Requirements:

Requirements:

• GCE “N” or “O” level or equivalent
