Job Scope

• Responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, sharing expert product knowledge, and driving sales with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Greet and assist our customers visiting the showroom, addressing their needs and preferences.
• Manage and maintain a clean and organized showroom to enhance the shopping experience.
• Provide support via the hotline, including responding to messages, addressing customer questions or concerns, providing estimates based on their specific needs and requirements and scheduling site visits for customers.
• Attend to the client requests for servicing and coordinate the scheduling with our service team.
• Maintain records on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, ensuring accurate documentation.

Requirement

• Ensure data accuracy when keying into the system for Part ordering / Diagnostic / Repair status.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology, or equivalent.

• Able to work alternate 5.5 days per week in a service-center environment.
