POSITION SUMMARY

Answer, record, and process all guest requests, questions, or concerns via telephone, email, chat, and mobile communication devices. Operate telephone switchboard, process guest requests for wake-up calls, and connecting and directing calls to the appropriate extension. Receive, record, and relay messages accurately. Job Description:

• Oversee the smooth operation of the clinics in providing patients with the following services:

a) Counter Services

• Registration and Queue Management System
• Billing and Payment Collections
• Scheduling of Follow-up Appointments

b) Clinic Services

Project Management

About The Inclusive Fund

Started in July 2021, The Inclusive Fund (TIF) is set up to provide interim/transitional support and bridge existing service gaps through supporting *transnational families, who do not receive sufficient formal forms of support/assistance due to eligibility issues, in hope to promote equity and social inclusion which focuses more on the needs of the children. TIF is NOT a financial assistance scheme but an advocacy effort to look for longer-term solutions to mitigate system barriers and supporting the transnational families to be self-sustaining.

Transnational lower income families with children and young persons under the families’ care, and

with at least one family member in the household who is a Singaporean Citizen/Permanent Resident

(PR) (TIF is open to looking at families with exceptional needs that fall out of this criterion), may apply

to be supported by the funds. The needs of the families are assessed in the following priority:

(i) Immediate needs: Children’s education and health related matters as priority

(ii) Mid-term needs: Employment, income generation, legal support, and other arising related concerns.

Manager, The Inclusive Fund (TIF) – Part-time position (~ 3 days/ week)

We are looking for passionate individuals committed to the cause of enabling socially disadvantage low-income families and communities realise their aspirations of getting out of the poverty cycle, with focus on bridging gaps of transnational lower income families with children and young persons under the families’ care through our existing The Inclusive Fund (TIF) programme.

This is a levelling inclusion and bridging gaps initiative, and we are seeking professionals with experience in delivering a holistic work in supporting transnational families through coordinating and implementation of the fund disbursement process and track progress, implement high impact programme through the TIF and work in collaboration internally with other programme teams as well as co-ordinating efforts with internal and externals stakeholders such as other FSCs/ SSAs or organisations working with transnational families.

The Manager will be responsible for community outreach/engagement efforts supporting transnational families, coordinate referrals from referring agencies on TIF applications for the fund committee for approvals and follow up, forge close and trusting relationships with community stakeholders, inform and improve TIF practices, donor management and reporting, and development of the TIF initiative to address needs.

Responsibilities:

KeyStart is a home ownership programme supporting families with children living in rental communities who aspire to own homes. The Senior Home Ownership Specialist, under the supervision of the Head of Department (Home Ownership), is a key member of the Home Ownership team. He/She will assist in the management of the Home Ownership team, as well as in mentoring and supervising the Junior Home Ownership Specialists. Job Scope:

· Interact with clients in-store and assist them with order placements and enquiries.

· Communicate with clients via phone and email to assist with their orders and enquiries.

· Facilitate collection of cake orders by delivery drivers and walk-in customers · Prepare simple coffee beverages

· Manage cashier & stock inventory

· Curate promos and deals to attract new customers and increase engagement

· Maintain store cleanliness

The ideal candidate should possess the following traits:

· 1-2 years of relevant working experience in retail sales or having experience in hospitality or customer service industry

Salary: $12-15/hour

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

● Completes all assigned side work related to set up and breakdown of the dining room, grills, and service hutches.

● Provides enthusiastic hellos and goodbyes to all incoming and departing customers.

● Provides exceptional service & hospitality to every customer. Leads the floor by example, owns customer experiences in the entire assigned section of the dining room.

● Coordinates with the Guest Relations Manager to ensure that section pacing matches needs of the customer book. Pushes pacing or grilling as needed to generate excitement and hit table turns.

● Completes an end-of-shift report that details a service summary, notable customer highlights or issues, wares shortages, and more.

● Participates in training of all incoming Service Associates.

Qualifications:

● Must have the ability to read, speak, understand, follow written directions, and verbal instructions in English.

● Must be reachable by email and able to communicate via phone as well.

● Communicates information effectively and efficiently.

You will perform frontline duties in the area of registration, appointment scheduling and payment collection, and provide support to service improvement initiatives/projects to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow in the clinic. You are required to handle patient service duties such as providing assistance to doctors, radiographers and patients in the consultation / procedure rooms, conducting basic patient assessments, liaising with various departments on patients' appointments for tests/procedures, and briefing patients on the preparation needed prior to their tests/procedures.

Requirements

• A general Diploma, GCE 'O'/'N'/'A' Level or Certificate in Clinic Practice/ Healthcare (Administrative Support) or its equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Pleasant disposition with good communication skills
• Ability to speak a second language or dialect(s) would be an advantage (to liaise with non-English speaking patients)

JOB SCOPE:

· Working with senior management to develop and implement policies and actions;

· Drafting of regulatory instruments such as legislations and subsidiary legislations under the purview of the organisation;

· Providing legal advice and interpretation with respect to various legislations administered by the organisation, as well as all other laws of Singapore as required by the organisation in the discharge of its duties and functions;

· Drafting, reviewing and providing sound legal advice on a broad range of legal issues;

· Drafting, vetting and advising on general corporate and contractual matters including, but not limited to, tender documents, Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs), tenancy agreements and other commercial documents;

· Developing and setting in place internal legal processes and guidance for the various Divisions including setting up a repository of legal advice rendered to the organisation;

· Advising and managing potentially contentious matters;

· Managing and liaising with external lawyers; and

· Undertaking such other tasks/projects as may be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

· A law degree and be called to the Singapore Bar (or other commonwealth jurisdictions).

· At least 4 years post-qualification experience.

· Corporate work experience (especially in contract law) would be an advantage.

· Versatile and self-motivated with strong analytical skills.

· Able and willing to multi-task and work well under pressure handling a wide range of legal work.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to write and reason clearly and compellingly is essential.

· Team player who is also able to work independently with minimal supervision.
