Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to oversee and optimize service delivery, operations, and project management. The role demands a proactive and strategic mindset to enhance service standards, drive team performance, and maintain strong client relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage collection operations, projects, and overall service delivery.
- Implement effective service strategies and drive service improvements.
- Conduct performance reviews and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Lead and manage teams to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Advocate for customer sales and services excellence.
- Familiarize and comply with MAS Guidelines on Outsourcing (OSPAR).
- Oversee system implementation, integration, and ongoing management.
- Perform any ad hoc duties or projects assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline, or relevant operational experience.
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably in a call center environment.
- Knowledge of AR/AP processes is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in managing client relationships and operational processes.

- Salary: Up to $3,500 basic + Variable Bonus.
- Working Days/Hours:Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
