Customer Support

• Lead and inspire the customer support team to deliver best-in-class post-sales support.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
• Conduct regular team assessments and provide guidance to enhance performance.

Administrative Support

• Assist the director in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee Singapore entity GST submission, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Manage corporate income tax returns in a timely and accurate manner.

Financial Oversight

• Work closely with the accounting team to manage financial transactions and reporting.
• Coordinate banking activities and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.
• Ensure timely and successful completion of internal and external audits.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard financial processes.

Logistics and Sales Operational Support

• Collaborate with global logistics teams to optimize supply chain operations for APAC.
• Support Director in forecasting in a timely fashion to support strategic planning. 
• Manage the overall Singapore entity GST submission, Corporate Income Tax returns as well as internal and external audits in a timely fashion.
• Relationship building with corporate bank and support commercial director in relevant banking activities and proper documentations as and when required.
• Arrange banking and boardroom documents sign off as well as keep record of all the correspondence and documentation pertaining to the Singapore corporate entity.
• Build policies on distributors and customers credit limits and payment terms in compliance with company policies.
• Oversee monthly accounts closing and financial reporting, invoice payments to internal and external parties as well as accrual postings.

3. Management and communications plan to support new Partner Program Requirements
4. Management of executive calendars and executive briefing documents
5. Support of partner marketing and communications activities
6. Operational activities including biweekly reporting, QBRs, and All Hands meetings by coordinating the reporting across the team, supporting slideware creation, and coordinating guest speakers

• Perform inspection, installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Conduct testing and adjustment of equipment to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support and solutions.
• Prepare and submit detailed service reports to document work performed.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following company policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, continuously improving technical knowledge and skills.
• Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and apprentices as required.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to complete service
• Adhere to company guidelines for quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors or management.
• Display professionalism and positive attitude in all aspects of work.
  

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar service engineer role.
• Strong technical knowledge of machinery and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel and work in different locations.
• Valid driver's license.

• Diploma in Business or Engineering
• Relate experience in Services within the industrial equipment industry
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (or any other ERP system). SAP knowledge is a plus.
