· Clarify and negotiate proposals with customers to ensure customer satisfaction

· Review customer orders to ensure consistency with quotations offered

· Prepare and process import and export shipping documentation and liaise with relevant stakeholders such as shippers, consignees, various authorities, and shipping and overseas agents to execute freight operations in a proper and efficient manner

· Liaise with logistics appointed subcontractors and supervise the delivery of related logistics services to ensure they are delivered properly and efficiently

Primary responsibility is the Engineer function for Singapore TCM.

1. Responsible for troubleshooting equipment failures.
2. Plan, schedule and perform predictive and corrective maintenance.
3. Ensure accurate and updated maintenance records.
4. Provide maintenance report and conduct meeting.
5. Develop and implement maintenance procedures.
6. Track uptime, downtime, MTBF and MTTR of CDS.
7. Perform FMEAs and implement solutions.
8. Manage spare parts inventory and ordering.
9. Lead Service Team/Technicians in the timely completion of all required tasks.
10. Prepare training materials and provide trainings for site operations & service personnel on equipment operation and maintenance.
11. Ensure high standard on safety and housekeeping and assist in such audits.
12. Generate reports and presentations on all related activities, abnormal or incidents.
13. Lead startup, commissioning, installation of CDS, SDS and process systems
14. Involved in improvement plan.
15. 24 hours standby for emergency activation or shutdown.
16. Do roaming check on all chemical rooms, CDM & SDM to make sure the all are in order.
17. Report all abnormal conditions & findings to Customer’s Facility Engineer and TCM Manager.
18. Response to all complaints and requests from Customer’s Facility personnel or POU personnel and work closely to solve problems; escalate to high level if necessary.
19. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties when necessary & upon request by client or TCM managers.

Required qualifications/experience

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering field or equivalent (preferred in Chemical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical & Electronic or Control & Instrumentations).

• Strong technical skill and troubleshooting knowledge.

• Know FMEA process.

You Will

• Attend to day-to-day customer inquiries through phone calls and emails in a timely and accurate manner;

• Monitor the operations of OTSAW Products
