Grant Claim Administration
Assist with the reimbursement functions and ensure the recordings are in accordance to the terms and conditions stipulated in the funding agreement and timely submission of claims in accordance with the agreement. Assist with both internal and external audits including AUP audits as required by the funding agencies/ministries. To ensure income accrual/billing/grant claims are performed timely.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably with audit experience
• Ability to set priorities, complete work with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Diplomatic in handling internal and external stakeholders, with proven track record in building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at various levels.
• High level of proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word, good working knowledge of SAP S4HANA is an added advantage.
• Excellent team player who demonstrates flexibility and embraces collaboration.

Task: The Intern, Customer Support will have the opportunity to assist our customers with their problems while using R&S products and services. This role will ultimately help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to customers' queries while using R&S products in a timely and accurate manner, via phone, email or ticketing system
• Identify customer needs and provide timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customers to appropriate next level of technical support personnel
• Update the ticketing system databases with information about technical issues and useful information provided by customers
• Improving existing ticketing system by evaluating system process and making recommendations
• Frequent interaction with sales and technical support for resolving customer issue
• Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Graduating students from ITE / Diploma / Degree in Engineering or relevant field of studies
• Good communication (i.e. writing and speaking) and interpersonal skills

• Possess good customer-focused and results-oriented attitude

Drive Customer Engagement and Omnichannel activation at regional level:

• Serve as a primary point-of-contact and thought partner for Regional Head, Regional leadership team and countries to advance Customer Engagement impact.

Drive Field Force Effectiveness at regional level.

• Support countries in planning and execution of field force effectiveness initiatives and related analytics, where applicable in close collaboration with Regional leadership team and Global FFE Excellence.
• Support the implementation of CRM and Omnichannel ecosystem enhancements including enablement sessions in close collaboration with Capability Building, IT, Regional Leadership and Global FFE Excellence teams.

Drive Excellence & facilitate Global Governance:

• Step as an ambassador and secure coherence of implementation of must-win global initiatives: Global SIP Guidance, CRM Harmonization, Global Segmentation & targeting….
• Facilitate channel mix, marketing mix and go-to-market optimization discussions at regional and local level in close collaboration with Global Business Transformation
• Execute above accountabilities in alignment, connection, and collaboration between cross-functional teams – commercial, medical, IT, compliance – at global and regional levels – and in line with regional priorities
