Collation of new and renewal TOL. Liaise with Tenant and landlord and PO for missing documents

Assist in sustainability projects

Collating and submitting staff claims for transport, overtime and wellness benefits

Co-ordination of various certification documentation for internal and external audits

Summon offence notice on BES (By law carpark obstruction) till closure

Booking of Badminton court.

Cover PA during her absense for writing minutes, preparing GM documents

Overseeing daily reporting for permits/quarterly reporting on admin contracts ending to HDB

Feedback system / CFMS system support

Presentation at GM and HOD for admin related matters

Working experience : F&B 1 year F&B working experience, preferrable serve for craft beer bar or restaurant.

Working location : CBD (nearest MRT Chinatown MRT).

Working hours : 10am-7pm / 2-11pm (1 hour lunch/dinner time).

Salary range : Negotiable, depends on working experience.

Singaporean/PR only.

• Address inquiries and requests promptly and professionally via phone calls and emails.
• Record complete and accurate information regarding customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Ensure timely and effective follow-up with customers as promised.
• Identify and escalate issues and concerns to management for thorough resolution.
• Prepare requests such as policy summaries, premium payments, and beneficiary information accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to meet service request requirements.
• Deliver service requests within specified service standards.
• Take on projects or additional responsibilities as assigned.

Our Requirements:

• Ideally possess 'A' Levels or a Diploma, along with relevant work experience.

Other information:

• Salary: up to $3500 with 1.5 month completion bonus
• Working days: Mon - Fri
• Working hours: 9.00am – 6:00pm
• Contract: 18 months
• Location: PLQ
