This is a helpdesk officer role is an University. We are looking for -

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to helpdesk tickets, phone calls, and emails from users experiencing technical issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, including network issues, operating systems, and applications.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to users, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT team members or external vendors when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of support requests and resolutions using our helpdesk ticketing system.
• Conduct remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions to users via phone or email.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve support services.

Qualifications:

• ITE/Diploma in computer science or information technology field or related field
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Technical Helpdesk operation
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as common office software and applications.
• Familiarity with networking concepts
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin to handle English and Mandarin speaking customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality support.

Roles & Responsibilities:​​​​​​​

- Customer and Site Management:

• Act as the primary liaison for customers and sites.
• Conduct maintenance and daily checks on deployments, troubleshoot issues and escalate matters to the CTO.
• Collaborate closely with customers to comprehend their technical needs and provide customized solutions.

- Physical Deployment of Video Analytics solutions:

• Deliver and install hardware to integrate company's Video Analytics solutions into customers’ workflows and systems.​​​​​​​

- Troubleshooting:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Platform Administration:

• Provide comprehensive support for the web dashboard and mobile applications, including user account creation, site creation, and troubleshooting.

- Cross-functional collaboration:

• Coordinate internal resources to address customer requirements effectively.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Provide constructive product feedback and suggestions to Company’s technology team.

- Documentation:

• ​​​​​​​Contribute to the development of customer success processes, blueprints, and best practices as the team evolves.

- Mentor for Interns:

• Provide guidance to interns on efficient and effective practices in daily tasks.
• Impart knowledge and experience in implementation of Video Analytics solutions and customer management to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Keeping current:

• Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance customer success strategies.

Job Requirement

• Demonstrated experience in a customer success or account management role.
• Proven background in technical support roles.
• Knowledge of Computer Vision or Video Analytics or IP camera technologies and platforms is a great plus.
• Proficient in project management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Project Management software (like Jira, Confluence) and customer success metrics.

Job Duties

• Handling full operations on Air or Ocean freight import/export shipments
• Work closely with customers and agents for air freight or sea freight operations
• Coordinate with customer service team and sales team in providing the contractor’s cost for trucking/shipping liners/airliners etc.
• Assist in the preparation of Pricing & Quotations
• Assist sales team with operations and quotations and complete documentations including billing invoice
• Complete documentations and operations on Air & Ocean freight. Such as permit application, shipment data, billing and other operations

Job Requirements

• Min GCE “O” Level or Diploma in Logistic / Supply Chain relevant discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding.
• With permit declaration through Tradenet is preferred.
• Computer literacy eg: proficient in MS Word & Excel etc

• Provide service and spare parts quotations to customers enquiries.
• Performs in-house repair and on-site commissioning for various gas and water quality analyzer, CEMS and AQMS.
• Troubleshoot analyzer and advise customers on the best solutions in accordance with standard procedures and safety guidelines of the company.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide good support.
• Support in Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years working experience in the analytical instruments.
• Strong knowledge on gas analyzers, CEMS and water quality analyzer.
• Possess own transport, transport allowance will be provided.
