Position Summary

Reporting to the Service Manager, the position of Service Supervisor is part of a team responsible for delivering a first-class field service response to our customers through the management and development of the Field Service Personnel.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Own the service processes and make recommendations where necessary
2. Assist the Service Manager with creating accurate business forecasts.
3. Ensure new service requests are acknowledged within 24 hours
4. Ensure that health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to and a culture of safe working is followed. This includes conducting safety audits on Field Service Personnel and ensuring any actions resulting from the audit are closed.

Job Description Summary

The Lead Performance Engineer will report to Manager, Performance Engineering and will drive leadership towards the overall Performance Field Testing strategy and provide customer catered performance management support through the lifecycle of key GE customers under long term service agreements.

Essential Functions

In this role the candidate will be responsible for executing thermal guarantees of the assigned region portfolio of MYA contracts. The candidate will strategize and coordinate MYA performance testing, interact with internal teams and customers on technical issues, drive thermal performance improvement utilizing historical data and analytics, and lead productivity initiatives. In addition you will:

• Develop short term and long term goals to address operational and testing issues that impact thermal testing cost and execution.
• Develop and execute strategies geared towards maximizing thermal contract profitability.

As Field Service Coordinator, your objective is to help ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues, maintain customer satisfaction, and promote a positive experience with the ANCS brand.

In this position you will be reporting to the Manager, Customer Delivery Singapore. The location of this position is Pandan Crescent in Singapore.

What will you be doing:
As Field Service Coordinator, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests through various communication channels, such as phone calls, emails, and live chat.
• Being a main point of contact for customers seeking assistance.
• Gather and prepare information for the service teams to enable them to diagnose technical issues and provide solutions or escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams.
• Ensure and execute administrative duties to enable a smooth transition into a service job.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

• High school, diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support, call center, or help desk roles is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
• Patience and composure in handling challenging customer interactions.
• Proficient in using ticketing systems, CRM software, and other customer support tools.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required is a plus.
• Experiences in SAP is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Familiar with the maritime business and regulatory environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of the ANCS product portfolio is a plus.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written

Reporting to the Customer Relations Manager, you will be expected to work with your team of co-workers provide a positive and joyful shopping experience that creates trust in the IKEA Brand for all IKEA visitors and customers.

Your assignment

• To create a positive and family-friendly shopping experience for our customers by managing shopping tools and amenities, customer care rooms and Smaland.
• To champion and foster customer-centricity and service excellence in all touchpoints.
• You will collaborate with your stakeholders to coordinate and follow up on customer engagement activities in the store.
• You will work with your manager to manage the daily operations for your team of co-workers including performance management, training and development, succession planning and recruitment.
• Manage issues raised by customers and deliver service improvement in a professional, prompt and positive manner to enhance the customer experience.
• Be knowledgeable on customer experience mapping and analyse CX-related performance indicators for business improvement.
• Work with external service providers and service contracts to provide a positive and efficient shopping experience for all IKEA visitors and customers.

Your profile

• You have a proven experience of at least 3 years in customer service management and in leading a team of co-workers in a retail or customer serviced oriented environment.
• You are customer-centric with the ability to find solutions for customers and operational issues.
• You are a confident decision-maker with strong analytical skills and computer literacy skills.
• You have the energy and drive to deliver with the ability to manage stressful situations.
• You are able to commit to working both AM & PM shifts, weekends and public holidays.
