Restaurant Operations

o Execute assigned area of responsibility (e.g. greeter, runner, bartender, cashier) based on SOP

o Set up restaurant for service day, which include but not limiting to checking on availability of food item and special menu, guest reservation status, service area set-up, cash register and payment machines

You’ll be leading our Customer Experience team for our Startups business across APAC & Middle East, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The Customer Experience team here at Carta is a key part of the broader Corporations business unit. The Workplace Experience team supports the frontline operations and communications outreach across the three primary locations. The proposed manpower will be required to operate on-site services and the scope of work, but not limited to, is as follows:
