Customer Service Executive | SAP | Proficient in Excel (Pivot table and vlookup) | Toa Payoh

Salary: $2,500 - $3,000

Working hour: Monday - Friday (8:30AM – 6:00PM)

Working location: Toa Payoh

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and register them in the service management system following the call management process and quality compliance requirements
• Assign and dispatch Field Services Engineers (FSE’s) to assign service orders based on the advice of the FSE with helpdesk / response center duty or the Team Lead Field Services (or Service Delivery Manager) in the district
• Coordinate inbound / outbound delivery of parts, and local shipment to customer site
• Plan & coordinate the Preventive Maintenance schedule with customers & FSE.
• Escalate to CS Delivery Manager for non-compliance
• Prepare services and spare parts quotations to customer following the Quotation Process and process customer purchase order for services and spare parts
• Compile service reports, parts delivery notes and other supporting documents for the purchase order invoicing
• Create quote based on requested services from a customer and send the approved quote to the customer.
• Follow up delivery status of ordered spare parts. Identify delivery issues and take corrective actions timely by working closely together with suppliers and physical distribution to resolve the issues
• Knowledge in using vlookup and pivot table in Excel is added advantage
• Any adhoc duties assigned by Superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE "O" Levels or above
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in SAP, MS Office Applications and possess good knowledge of Excel (Pivot table and vlookup)

1) Technical Assistance

· Identify the problems of watches for internal and external clients

· Perform the required technical intervention agreed with the client, such as change and maintenance service

· Perform technical evaluation to identify the service needed

· Perform complete servicing (general or overhaul) or other type of interventions

· Report all technical problems to team leader / Group SAV Manager

· Responsible for the quality of the watches repaired

2) Maintenance of Equipment

· Ensure personalized hand-tools and testing equipment are in impeccable working condition

· Ensure proper recording of the usage of spare-parts and accessories for repairs. All must be accounted for and documented accordingly

· Ensure proper housekeeping and impeccable cleanliness of the personal working environment

3) Compliance with Policies and Procedures

· Ensure all policies and procedures are followed through in the department

• Stay up to date with NTUC Healths services to Provide suitable service recommendations
• Understand and evaluate needs of current and prospective customers, promote the value of NTUC Health services, and facilitate enrolment to these services via phone and email enquiries
• Work closely with other services and divisions in NTUC Health to jointly manage customer enquiries and applications, and any service feedback
• Track and monitor customers enquiries and feedback from all channels
• Support the training of a new generative AI tool to achieve a high accuracy rate (i.e. auditing generated replies)
• Organise and participate in roadshows to promote NTUC Health services

Responsibilities:

• Assist the management with daily operational matters
• Motivate team members and maintain a high level of team cohesiveness
• Ensure staff adhere to company SOP
• Support the daily operation in collaboration with the managers, assist with monthly forecasting, weekly schedule, restaurant profitability evaluation etc
• Plan routine cleaning of the outlet
