We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Automotive Technician to lead our team of mechanics and oversee all technical, mechanical, and electrical repairs in our automotive service center. 6. Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their automotive concerns and provide expert advice and recommendations. Address customer questions or concerns professionally and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the repair process.
