• The job holder has to analyse the applications and documents submitted to make recommendations to the relevant supervisor to approve or reject the licence applications.

Job Scope:

• Process orders through various channels permitted by company, efficiently and timely.
• Must be able to enter a high volume of orders while maintaining accuracy for areas in pricing, quantity, and products.
• Data entry in several different programs used by the business.
• Good co-ordination with sales and operation team.
• Handles customer inquiries and complaints, resolving or escalating difficulties as required.
• Proper judgement must be exercised when dealing with order discrepancy to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for resolving issues related to incomplete or inaccurate orders and assisting team members as needed.
