We are currently looking for a Self Storage Specialist (Customer Service) to join our sales and operations support team to:
- Answer customer enquiries / queries effectively, professionally, and timely
- Ensure facility is well maintained
- Meet costs plus sales & payment collection targets
- Prepare license agreement to customers
- Prepare monthly reports to management
- Perform all other roles as instructed by our Operations Manager
We are looking for a team player who is:
- Pro-active, meticulous and able to multi-task
- Good at interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Both independent and customer service oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English. Additional language skills are an added advantage
- Experience is preferred; those with 2 years of experience in a similar role would be considered for a Senior role
