Job Description

• Responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of MALDI and TOF systems.
• Manage technical service matters including but limited to warranty claims from customers.
• Provide technical solutions and expertise to support regional partners' engineers via both onsite and remote modes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Science (especially Chemistry) or Engineering or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience related to technical service or product or sales role in analytical instrument industry.
• Must be able travel in the Asia Pacific region.
• Must have ownership, self-initiative & pro-active attitude towards work.
• Possess logical thinking skills which are essential for technical troubleshooting.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Good co-ordination skills with both internal and external parties.
• Familiarity with remote technical support is desirable.
• Prior experience with Mass Spectrometry (MS) or Time of Flight (TOF) will be a distinct advantage.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean
• GCE A level / Diploma
• Good communication skills
• Candidate without tax experience are welcome to join as training will be provided
• Minimum O-Level English Grade of B4.
• Shortlisted candidates will be required to provide a short written essay to assess their written proficiency. Topics will be provided later.
• No leave request during the first week of training and their absence should not be for 3 consecutive days or longer at a go.
