• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy for children, youths, or adult caregivers presenting with trauma, emotional and behavioural needs, or other mental health conditions. Conduct parent-child or family sessions to enhance recovery.
• Work closely with families, child protection caseworkers, and other external stakeholders in a systemic approach to review and sustain treatment gains.
• Provide internal consultation services and training programmes on mental health or psychological issues, in aid of safety and case management.
• Provide triage services for psychological referrals.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all psychological services provided.
• Participate in all team or department meetings as required.

Requirements:

• Minimally a Master’s degree in Clinical, Counselling, or Applied Psychology
• At least 2 years of experience in Clinical, Counselling, or Applied Psychology setting after completion of postgraduate degree will be preferred
• Applicants possessing knowledge and experience in working with trauma needs will be preferred
• Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Good report-writing skills
• Collaborative team player, ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team

About the Senior Software Engineer Role

As a member of the Customer Dashboard team, you will:

• Craft secure, performant and user-friendly solutions to empower our customers to manage their SaaS loyalty programs efficiently.
• Participate in day-to-day work such as sprint planning, pair programming, technical mentorship, and code reviews.
• Have the opportunity to solve problems across multiple areas, such as performance, security, multi-tenancy & scalability. Be responsible for thinking through everything from business impact, to reliability and operability, to the ease of integration, and the cost of our product APIs.
• Own problems from end to end, engage closely with our designers, product owners and other engineering team members in developing brand new features like custom campaigns builder, payment integrations and a world-class customer onboarding experience.
