Front Office Receptionist

Location: Bukit Batok Clubhouse (West area, Singapore)

We are looking for candidate to fufill the post of a Front office receptionist (Part Time).

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist members with payment of membership, facilities booking and courses
• Attend to walk in enquiries
• Answering of phonecall
• Adhoc duty as assigned from time to time

We want you, if you have/are:

• Position requires applicant to have basic knowledge in computer and knows how to use Excel and Word
• Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays when required

Weekdays: 830am-9pm, 830am-1pm, 1pm-9pm

Naturally, there will be naughty individuals who will try to test the system. You, aided by our investigation tools, will root out these people and keep the service running as smooth as possible.

Responsibilities:

• IMPORTANT – You will be spending much of your time working with the customer on their vehicle damage report. This may come in the form of outbound calls, emails or onsite visits.
• You will also be required to investigate damages found on our vehicles and assess the cost of repairs.
• You will also be assisting and managing accident reports and follow ups.
• As a senior officer, you will be leading a small team of officers to achieve the team's mission.
• You are also expected to oversee and report on team's activities.

Requirements:

• Strong familiarity in office productivity software and web technologies.
• Keen eye for details to spot fraud

• Having class 3 or class 2B (and above) licence would be advantageous
