Key Responsibilities

• Prepare work for Hall opening and closing operation hours
• Help customers settle down and advise on the ordering system
• Serve food to customers in an effective and polite manner
• Answering customer’s queries regarding services, menus, offers, or any other product-related enquiries
• Clean tables after customers have left and clear empty/unwanted dishes
• Assist kitchen staff whenever required
• Check & record fridge temperature
• Welcome and bid farewell to customers as they enter/ leave the restaurant
• Packing and labeling of products
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of shelves
• Organize & replace products on shelves
• Check and report on product expiry date
• Report any incident/accident, customer complaints, or feedback to the superior
• Maintain quality, excellent service & cleanliness at all times

Marketing Executive

This position assists the brand in providing marketing support; as well as in the integrated marketing areas of collateral development and design, promotions, public relations and specific platforms of social media management for New Shan Travel.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Build, manage and oversee social profiles to drive engagement, create awareness and increase brand visibility

• Manage budgets for marketing activities

• Create and design collaterals including product brochures, newsletters, banners in line with marketing campaigns.

• Responsible for full spectrum of marketing plan and strategies.

• Conceptualise, development and execution of online/offline campaigns in support of marketing activities (EDM, Events, Design, and Layout).

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including Google SEO/ SEM.

• Analyse data on campaigns and suggest data driven ideas for improvement

• Social Media Management (Campaign, and Content development).

Requirements
