You will be a multifaceted Community Manager who revels in creating an inclusive and collaborative community at lyf. A day in the life of a lyf Guard starts with checking in a new guest, recommending the must-visit places in the area, replacing a light bulb at night, and ending with having a cup of coffee or sipping wine with the lyf guests in our social spaces after work. You will report to the Senior (GSAM) or Chief lyf Guard (GSM).

Responsibilities

1. Look after the well-being of all guests from arrival until departure by:

a. Assisting lyf residents with their check-in (via mobile app or kiosk)

b. Encouraging members to download the DiscoverASR app to explore and interact with the lyf community

c. Explore the various functions of the app with residents

i. Mobile key, how to message lyf Guards, make ancillary purchases (if available)

2. Ensure operational efficiency by:

a. Monitoring record of room availability using the hotel's property management system (PMS)

d. Assisting the housekeeping department with regular rounds to ensure the cleanliness of the property – especially the social spaces

3. Create an inclusive and collaborative community by:

a. Noticing guest preferences and managing their profiles

b. Assisting the Ambassador of Buzz (partnerships and events manager) in curating an event calendar for in-house guests and executing community initiatives

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for cultivating customer relationships for current/potential customers by utilizing excellent and in-depth knowledge of CommScope products, capabilities, as well as CRM process and procedures. • Communicate and collaborate with the Materials Management and/or Operations team to anticipate projects, completion timetables, and potential scheduling issues.

• Identify items with shipment schedule falling out of general lead-time and expedite pro-actively with Planners
• Monitor/follow up on shipment schedule to ensure timely delivery or pick-up as per incoterm of sale
• Setup regular weekly or bi-weekly calls with customers to review open backlog, identify potential delivery push-back and discuss/resolve any open issue or concern
• Process rebates claims and stock returns approved by Product Line Management
• Support quality and warranty process where required

Required Qualifications and Experience for Consideration

• Diploma/Degree in Business or related discipline with at least 3 years of working experience in Customer Service or Order Fulfilment environment.
• Knowledge or experience with SAP system preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and with good telephone etiquette.

The Service Contracts Analyst oversees complex portfolios of service and maintenance contracts for a specific geography. They will be a key point of contact for contract management issues, responsible for ensuring contracts perform as intended, committed margins are achieved and exceeded, business through those contracts grows, contract improvements are captured (T&C, SLA, Pricing) either during the contract term or on contract renewals, risk is managed and appropriately flowed into the supply chain or shared with customers and that customer expectations are addressed.

Summary

Guest Services Officer focuses on customer service and foster relationships with other departments to ensure that guests’ needs are met. He/She is responsive to activities that take place at the Front Office area and is a point of contact for guest upon their arrival until their departure from the hotel.

Job Responsibilities
