Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operating F&B outlets assigned to him/ her.
• Monitor & ensure F&B service operations are running smoothly.
• Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints and queries satisfactorily.
• Ensure the Outlet is set-up for service and supervise for a smooth operation.
• Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage.
• Apply selling techniques by exceeding guest expectations and to increase revenue.
• Ensure all drinks are prepared and served according to SOP
• Understand the crucial aspect of bar and beverage control
• Any adhoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Less than 2 years of experience in F&B.
• Guest orientated.
• Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge.

Job Opportunity Highlights:

• Competitive Salary: Up to $2500 + Quarterly Bonus/Join In Bonus

• Work Schedule: 6 days per week / 9 hrs shift (Including of 1 hour break)
• Company transport provided for night shift (Only applicable for staff who worked till closing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
• Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries.
• Greet and direct guest to designated room.
• Record orders, serve food and beverages.
• Input orders into point-of-sales system.
• Provide basic technical support (mic checks, karaoke system checks).
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
• All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum a GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

• Basic salary range - $3,200 - $3,500 + KPI/Team Allowance ($150) + Skillset Allowance $300 (Pass all papers and answer questions correctly)

• Working Days & Hours: Mon to Fri ONLY - 830AM - 530PM / 9AM - 6PM / 930AM - 630PM (3 Rotation Shifts)
