Patient Service Officer Maternity Cover from 1 Mar 2024 to 30 Jun 2024 (4-month contract) needed.

• Responsible for the effective management and operation of Patients’ Registration counters including billings, financial counselling and collection matters.
• Process, respond to requests and handles all general enquiries & feedbacks received from patients
• Answer incoming telephone calls from patients, clinics and other organizations and deal with enquiries providing non-clinical advice and information.
• Perform chaperon activities in the absence of the porter. Provide a wheelchair to the patients where and when necessary.

Job Requirement

• At least 1 years' experience in a customer service role preferably in a hospital environment

• 5 days work week (Any 5 days in the week which including Weekends & PHs)
• Working hours:

Shift 1 : 7:00am to 4:30pm ; or

Shift 2: 10:00 am to 7:30pm; or

shift 3: 12pm to 9:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the management with daily operational matters.
• Motivate team members and maintain a high level of team cohesiveness.
• Ensure staff adhere to company SOP.
• Support the daily operation in collaboration with the managers, assist with monthly forecasting, weekly schedule, restaurant profitability evaluation, etc.
• Plan routine cleaning of the outlet.
• Maintain Food Hygiene and Safety Standards.
• Execution of maintenance schedule for equipment and perform routine inspections.
• Able to resolve any service disruptions or customer complaints.
• Able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible for the preparation work of outlet.\ opening and closing during operation hours.

• Perform service, troubleshooting, overhauling, commissioning and testing of mechanical and electrical equipment and automation machines
• PLC programming
• Modules over-head bridge cranes preparation for commissiong, filling gear oil, bearing greasing, settling limit switch travelling and hoisting, overload trip setting and testing.
• Top side equipment cooling medium system pareparation for commissioning, fresh water close circuit system flushing by using screen on plates type coolers to catch impurity and dirt, glycol gilling to cooling medium system through hull drain tank and expansion tank
• Testing cooling medium pumps no load and system load run
• Glycol regeneration system preparation for commisisoning, sytem flushing, hydrop testing, glycol filling and system running.
• Gas Dew point control-refrigeration system preparation for commissionig, system flushing by nitrogen, hydro testing, refrigerant charging to gas skid and compressor skid and system running.
• Hub (mechanical parts) balancing and testing, check inventory, calibrate instruments
• Plan and assisgn team members to safety and prductivity
• Perform testers conversion from product to product
• Testing, trouble shooting and online testers to production
• Liaised with process group, automation group and production group to achieve a target yield and productivity
• Writing of reports for carried out inspections, repair, service and overhaul jobs

Job Details:

• Basic Salary: $2,500 + Attractive Commission

• Location: One of the bank branches you will be stationed in.

• 6 working days (But may only need to work a half day on Saturdays) – 11AM to 7PM or 10AM to 6PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote sales of financial institution credit cards and personal loans to clients based on their needs.

• Follow up with customers regarding their application
