POSITION GOALS

The primary objective of this position is to provide high quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders and Customer Relations with the day-to-day operations of the division.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities will include, however not be limited to:

• Be the first point of contact to greet clients and understand, answer and address client needs with a solution-oriented approach.
• Ensure the foyer is visually maintained to reflect a welcoming and professional environment.
• Provide a high level of customer service when hosting international and VIP guests; and provide translation services for international guests as required.
• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Receive, distribute and manage mail bank and deliveries.
• Maintain office equipment, meeting rooms and staff snacks and refreshments.
• Manage various internal processes such as vehicles and travel.
• Assist and host internal and Customer Relation activities, events and coordinate logistics for meetings, including room setup and catering.
• Draft and format reports and other documents and maintain Customer Relation CRM with high degree of attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional administrative support to the Customer Relations Team and other ad hoc office assistance as required.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong bilingual (English and Chinese speaking) communication skills both written and verbal are essential
• Competent working with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Possess a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Must have a service-oriented mindset and be capable of making every guest feel valued.

• Ikkagoyo is a new opening Japanese traditional style of fine-dining. The restaurant will officially open around Feb-March 2023.
• The concept of this restaurant is to deliver ""KANDO (impression)"" to everyone with ingredients delivered from carefully selected producers all over Japan, Japanese traditional cooking techniques, and the spirit of OMOTENASHI (hospitality).

What you'll do:

· Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services.

• To carry out schedule maintenance and attend breakdown service call for installed BMS/Security/ELV Systems
• To carry out A&A work
• To provide technical and engineering support
• To co-ordinate with relevant parties to ensure the work is carried out smoothly
• As-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or any other engineering fields
• Preferably with experience in one or more of the following fields:
• BMS
• PLC System
• Security/CCTV/FAS and ELV System
• Candidates without experience will also be considered
