*Main duties:*

Client Relationship Professionals are important members of today’s modern veterinary team. They work alongside veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurses to create and maintain optimal client experience and good service, upholding the team ensuring client's expectations are met, and the wellbeing of the patients is paramount.

Here are some of the key duties for this role:

· Greet and welcome patients and clients as soon as they arrive at the clinic

· Attend to incoming enquiries and triage on patient's medical conditions on phone, Whatapp and email

· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone, Whatsapp and email

· Manage and plan appointments according to client and patient's best interest

· Liaise between medical departments with discretion and professionalism

· Assist with admissions/treatment as per protocols

· Receiving and verifying payments

· Liaising with courier services and laboratories to ensure that samples are delivered and collected on time

· Diploma and Degree holders are welcome

· Minimal 3 years of customer relations, customer service or hospitality experience

• Conduct data analysis and prepare relevant reports for management such as showroom traffic, leads funnels, sales conversion, test drives etc. 
• Support sales team for every car delivery to ensure the delivery gift items are ordered and stocked up.
• Support in marketing projects & reports by tracking the effectiveness of campaigns.

• Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications, or related fields
• 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Automotive / Luxury sector
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM Systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce)
• A team player with excellent communication, innovation, and analytical skills
• Self-driven and possess a learning attitude

Job Scope

Work Hours

Operations Extraordinaire:

With your understanding of our internal processes, policies and customer requests, you’ll have the opportunity to translate what you’ve learnt in school about crisis communications to real-life escalated cases to ensure win-win outcomes for both our customers and the company in a timely manner.
• Analyse and establish root causes of common and unique customer-related issues and solutions: Designing effective customer solutions in The Pique Lab would require you to develop a comprehensive understanding of how our customers think and behave while manoeuvring our policies strategically. To do this, you’ll be involved in coordinating with different teams to understand possible root causes of common and unique customer-related issues, propose viable, customer-centric solutions and document these scenarios for training purposes.
