Our client is an Automotive Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Job Responsibilities

• Support frontline operations to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Perform administrative tasks, including job card creation, invoicing, and warranty billings.
• Engage with customers regarding vehicle servicing, repairs, and test drives.
• Manage & build positive relationships with both internal teams and customers.
• Coordinate with the Parts department and workshop to ensure timely vehicle completion.
• Assist in preparing quotations (repair and accident).
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Business Administration / Public relations or equivalent
• Min 2 years’ relevant working experience

· Reports to the Assistant or the Restaurant Manager

· Receive and greet guests followed by seating them accordingly.

· Maintain communication with/supports the Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Manager and the GMs.

· Inspect dining room, table settings, chairs, floors, proper maintenance, cleanliness and safety.

· Takes immediate action to resolve all complaints and issues.

· Manage the guest reservation system alongside with reservation staff.

· Adhere and enforce all restaurant rules, regulations and policies.

· In the absence of assistant or the Restaurant manager, he may serve as Manager on duty

and handle opening or closing procedures.

· Supervises the dining room staff and maintain uniform and service standards.

· Conduct daily line-up with dining room staff for briefing and debriefing.

· Ensure side work is completed every day and dining room supplies are stocked.

· Review daily specials, stations and other applicable announcements.

· Close the shift on the POS / Credit Card terminal.

· Tally all payment settlement and drop the cash in the safe

· Conduct regular service training and basic product knowledge.

· Coordinates food service between kitchen and service staff.

· Act as initial contact for disciplinary actions. Assure that actions are consistent and accurate.

· Review daily and weekly events with Assistant or the Restaurant Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Fluent in spoken and written English. Proficiency in another language will be a plus.

· Must have a minimum of 1 year serving or supervisory experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.

· Basic certification in restaurant service is desirable. A combination of practical experience and education will be considered.

· Outstanding Customer Service, focused and oriented.

· Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual.

· Full time flexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays).

· Strong communication skills with the ability to promote sales and resolve conflict.

· Proficient in computer skills including POS systems, Word and Excel.

· Able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail; ability to multi-task.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide 24 X 7 technical assistance via phone,
• Troubleshoot CPE issues, Mobile Broadband, Web/Mail Hosting/setup, co-location and other ISP related products and services
• Coordinate with other departments and handle internal escalations
• Attend to faults and escalate if necessary. Common faults are outages, server failure, router, switch etc.
• Manage monitoring systems (eg. bandwidth monitoring, link monitoring, DDOS notification etc)
• Provide after-hours technical assistance to Data Centre (eg. handle customer visits, reboot server, DDOS issues, etc)
• Coordinate with other departments for basic troubleshooting support
• Ensuring alert for major project is being follow up closely and ensure that relevant department is being updated of the progress
• Ability to adapt quickly to ever changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma or equivalent with NOC experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a support/service environment with a keen interest in Internet Technology
• Preferably with CCNA certification or other network certifications
• Customer oriented, motivated and driven to explore new ways of doing things
• Team worker with good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
• Able to work within constraints and meet service levels
• Willing to accept new challenges and responsibilities

• Willing to work on rotating shift, inclusive of weekends and public holidays
