Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above, major in computer science and technology or related fields.
• Degree, major in computer science and technology will be an advantage.
• Professional qualification (ITIL and PMP) will be an advantage.
• At least 3 years’ experience in IT support for desk side and server side.
• Working experience in medium-sized enterprises or cross-regional group companies is preferred.
• Familiar with desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office and other software, basic knowledge of application systems, databases, servers, and networks.
• Good customer service awareness, communication skills and teamwork skills.
• Strong problem-solving and learning ability.
• Ability to be a self-starter and self-paced.
• Capable of working independently with less supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the implementation of programmes across different facilities, ensuring that they are delivered in a consistent, effective, and efficient manner
• Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement
• Work closely with facility staff to develop and implement programme plans
• Monitor and evaluate programme performance, and make recommendations for improvements as needed
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between facility staff, programme participants, and other stakeholders.
• Manage programme budgets and resources

Primary Responsibilities

• Analyze, determine and concur on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications
• Assess guest requirement and ensuring that guests expectations are met
• Investigate and set standards for quality, health and safety
• Establish standards, procedures and systems to support the service and training program
• Assist Operation Managers in the development and implementation of on-going training, in addition to monthly training calendars to meet specific departmental needs
• Identify training needs or gaps and implement solutions to maximize results to positively impact the Hotels productivity and performance
• Conduct and track regular internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives in meeting our business objectives, in addition to providing recommendations for improvements
• Conduct Hotels specific training courses (i.e. Suggestive Selling, Product Training, Service Standards, Guest Experience, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations of assigned tasks and ensure a clean and safe working environment with active participation in the company’s health and safety program
• Act as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality

Requirements

• Degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management with minimum 3 years of training experience in a global hospitality chain
• Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) is preferred or equivalent Training qualifications
• Experience in conducting and delivering stand-up training programs, applicable and appropriate to the needs of the business
• Possess good cross-cultural awareness / sensitivity and strong interpersonal skills with an international mindset to facilitate effective working across diverse cultures and different levels of the organization
• Proficiency with the use of Microsoft Office tools
• A team player with strong business acumen, resourceful and results driven
• Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

1.Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner.

2.Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions.

3.Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service Level

4.Maintain ownership of cases and follow-up on reported issues until closure and gather accurate and complete relevant information is recorded.

5.Manage customer expectations and notify Team Lead in the event of unusual surge in calls of a specific nature.

6.Handle initial classification/ prioritization of the incidents. Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow-up actions and incident status.
