IT Tasks and Ad-hoc Duties:

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field.

• Available to travel for support customer in Singapore & Malaysia

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar position.

• Mandatory experience in software application support, with exposure to systems like inventory, warehouse management, ERP.

• Familiarity with basic IT infrastructure, server setup, and network troubleshooting.

• Effective communication skills to liaise with team members, customers, and vendors.

• Proficiency in escalating technical and customer inquiries clearly to technical teams and superiors.

Job Description:

• Provide support to Project Managers their admin work, document compilation, tabulation of reports and figures, meeting scheduling, onboarding and offboarding process, etc.
• Handle the IT account request and route to the relevant action parties for action and tracking the completion to close off the request.
• Assist in the preparation of system account reviews. Coordinate with the relevant parties for the review of system accounts.
• Assisting in the update and maintenance of the system register and tracking the end of support for the software component used by the various application systems.
• IT asset tracking and updating register.
• Track invoices and check for services rendered or goods received.
• Any other ad hoc duties as required that commensurate with the job grade.
