Responsibilities:

• Attend to enquiries, primarily incoming calls through the hotline or other channels such as email

• Understand customer’s needs and provide quick, accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries

• Type of calls consist and not limiting to

a. Concession related matters (i.e lost of card/replacement procedure/extension issues/application issues)

b. Filing of claims for customer (i.e over-deduction/failure to exit/double deduction)

c. Point to point enquiries from customer

d. Related issues (i.e Simple Technical issue, investigation of mismatch fare)

e. Perform out bound calls to customers who leave callback

• Ensure proper recording of conversation with customer in the call centre system

• Meet/exceed all individual and team key performance indicators (KPI) set by the management

• Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers

• Able to work during weekend and perform OT when necessary

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors

Requirements:

• Have previous experience in call centre is highly preferred or customer service experience

• A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Roles and Responsibility (Chinese- Language Teacher) :

Delivery and presentation of lesson content to children

Supervision primary school children (primary 1 to 6) to ensure completion of daily homework/ 听写

Ensure safety and timely transfer of children from school to student centre

Regular liaison with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress and behaviour

Fetching of children from nearby schools

Administrative work (sales, collection of fees, and collection of forms) and upkeep of centre premises.

Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Head

Requirements (Chinese- Language Teacher) :

Able to guide primary school Chinese.

Job Descriptions

This position will demonstrate efficient and friendly counter service, with a keen eye for details to identify any service lapse.

You should possess a good service mindset; perform duties that lead to a high level of customer satisfaction within company guidelines and policies, as well as provide strong support to your superiors to work to improve the cafe.

As a Service Staff or Kitchen Assistant you are responsible in the service operation of our Cafe branch, which include:

• Offering a friendly and efficient services to all customers; process guests orders to ensure that all items are prepared and served promptly.
• Assists in setup and clear down of the front and back of cafe/restaurant operations.
• Ensure food safety regulations are followed as according to NEA’s policy.
• Promote and sell our range of bingsu, snowflake, dessert, and other products to customers.

• Any and other assistance as required by the lab manager.
