Analyse business requirements and create technical design documents that are in accordance with the company's architecture standards.

The Workplace Experience team supports the frontline operations and communications outreach across the three primary locations. The proposed manpower will be required to operate on-site services and the scope of work, but not limited to, is as follows:

Tasks and duties

• Interacting with customers to provide information about our STAR Confinement services.
• Resolving any issues by addressing and understanding customers' needs.
