Role:
This is a full-time, onsite, Administrative Assistant Cum Receptionist Role in MOE Secondary School. If you are selected,
You will work closely with Admin Manager (AM) and School Leaders (SLs) in an MOE Secondary School (nearest MRT- Queenstown) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:
· Manage the school’s reception counter and front desk support (e.g.handling enquiries, calls & walk-ins)
· Recording and distribution of mails
· Assist in general administrative and data entry duties (e.g. student early departure, student latecomers record, etc)
· Assist in stationery inventory management
· Assist in keypress management
· Any other duties assigned by the Authority.
Job Requirements:
· Able to communicate and write in English competently.
· Possess excellent customer service skills.
· Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently
· Familiar with Microsoft Office programs: MS Word, Excel, Power point.
· Minimum GCE ‘N’ level, NITEC or equivalent qualifications.
· Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in office administration functions or equivalent.
· Candidates who have relevant working experience in a school setting will have an added advantage.
Summary:
Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025.
• Mondays to Thursdays: 9.00am to 6:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Fridays: 9:30am to 6:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
