Job Description

Manning of front desk at outlet

Responsible for enquiries through phone and walk-in customers

Build Rapport with customers and ensure customer satisfaction

Initiate phone calls to invite new customers to outlet to achieve new customer visit target

Follow up with new and existing customers on their appointments

Arrange appointment for stylists/beauticians/consultants.

Process customers' bills promptly and correctly using outlet’s Point of Sales (POS)

Key customers’ records into computer systems promptly and correctly

Handle outlet’s computer systems such as POS, appointment booking system and other required systems

Prepare and submit reports required by company e.g., Marketing Efficiency Report and Course Balance Report

Assist Branch Manager to ensure smooth running of outlet operations in compliance with company policy
