Job Description

• Conduct relevant English Language classes.
• Plan and develop the schedule of work.
• Prepare trial class teaching material and assessment paper
• Prepare teaching lesson plan and teaching material according to MOE standard.
• Tactical design of related worksheets/ provide consultation to students regularly.

Job Requirements

• Have passion in customer service, friendly and possess good attitude with previous service experience in logistics will be an advantage
• Diploma holder or its equivalent with 2 years of work experience
• Good phone etiquette, problem solving, good communication and organization skills
• Able to work independently and resolve issues arising from late deliveries, customer complaints, etc..
• Customer service oriented, team player with initiative and willing to take on responsibilities
• Ability to respond to ad-hoc and urgent demand on timely and professionally

• Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Science.
• Strong technical knowledge and minimum 2 years of relevant Technical/Application Support experience on multi technology platforms.

• Experience in troubleshooting on Solaris/Linux.
• Experience in hosting platform include but not limited to Tomcat, JBoss, IBM Websphere/WebLogic is a plus.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting application issues, performing log analysis, and using monitoring tools.
• Provide timely and effective technical support for application related incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issue, both independently and in collaboration with develoment teams.
• Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance enhancements.
