• To seek advice or consult the diagnostics specialist/workshop supervisor/workshop executive in the instance of any doubt or difficulty concerning repairs/servicing.
• Report the status of the repairs or additional works to workshop supervisors and service advisors.
• To follow safety regulations for all high voltage vehicle according to government and Company’s guidelines, HV or EIP are allowed to work on these vehicles only.
• Any other suitable duties assigned from time to time by the management.

This is a leadership position, a key leader who will lead a team of Customer Service Agents in delivering responsive services to our customers.

You will report to Head Operations Control Centre and be responsible to the ops matters within your watch. Ample opportunities for career growth and training will be provided. It is 12 hours rotating shift team-based setup with adequate rest.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and management of the Operations Control Centre.
• Involve in resource planning and staff management to ensure resources are properly allocated.
• Handle escalation matters including staff grievances.
• Manage and ensure KPIs are met so as to align with the company’s goal and objective.
• Hiring, training, coaching and leading Executives and Operations Control Agents as they provide support for customers.
• Liaise with the authorities and other key organizations on Taxi / Bus Operations and emergency incidents.
• Proactively identify opportunities and process improvements
• Perform other duties such as preparation and submission of operation reports, incident reporting etc.
• Responsible for Operation matters including the relevant KPIs within the watch.

Responsibilities:

• Support any networking events with stakeholders such as government agencies, grassroots, and community-based organizations to raise awareness of mental health
• Support mental health screening events to identify those who are at-risk/diagnosed with mental health conditions and connect them with the right services for early diagnosis and treatment
• Provide basic emotional and cognitive support to clients who are at-risk/diagnosed with mental health conditions and/or their caregivers and link them up with relevant services based on their needs
• Ensure proper maintenance of case documentation and timely submission of reports to external parties
• Support the run of a caregiver support group

Requirements:

• Diploma Holder preferably with some social service experience
• Passionate to work in the mental health sector and community services
• Good communication skills (oral, written, bilingual) and interpersonal skills
• A team player who can also work independently
• Detail-oriented in keeping proper documentation
• This position is on a contract basis
