Requirements

• Diploma holder and above in related discipline (Banking/Finance/ Business/ Accounting) with relevant insurance certifications preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry or in an administrative capacity with an eye for details (meticulous) and good communication skills preferred.
• Computer literacy with good working knowledge of MS Office (eg Excel, Word) applications.
• Problem solving, interpersonal skills, customer service orientated.
• Good team player with strong analytical skills & ability to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service in all interactions.
• Enforce and uphold established customer service standards and procedures.
• Provide extensive support, including processing GST refunds, assisting with Smart Card applications, making public announcements, and managing lost and found cases.
• Efficiently resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner.
