Responsibilities:

• Follow standard procedures daily.
• Handle and document inbound customer orders, queries, and complaints.
• Follow up on issues/orders/complaints with outbound calls.
• Resolve issues per procedures and escalate if needed.
• Report improvement suggestions to the supervisor.
• Prepare and submit reports on cases.
• Keep process and product information current.
• Coordinate with the operations team.
• Maintain good client/customer relationships.

Requirement:

• Have prior Experience in Call Centre / Order Fulmilment / Order Processing
