You will be a multifaceted Community Manager who revels in creating an inclusive and collaborative community at lyf. Responsibilities

1. Look after the well-being of all guests from arrival until departure by:

a. Assisting lyf residents with their check-in (via mobile app or kiosk)

b. Encouraging members to download the DiscoverASR app to explore and interact with the lyf community

c. Explore the various functions of the app with residents

i. Mobile key, how to message lyf Guards, make ancillary purchases (if available)

f. Facilitating communication and requests

2. Ensure operational efficiency by:

a. Monitoring record of room availability using the hotel's property management system (PMS)

c. Performing book-keeping activities whenever necessary

d. Assisting the housekeeping department with regular rounds to ensure the cleanliness of the property – especially the social spaces

Specific Responsibilities

1. Standby support and 24/7 emergency call for customer support.
2. Providing after-sales technical support, site recovery and maintenance responsibilities to distributors/end customers.
3. Provide the installation, commissioning and on-site training to support the customers according to the scope of the project.
4. Generate a service report to customer in a systematic manner.
5. Investigate and handle all customers’ complaints related to product failures.
6. Investigates root causes of failures and recommend solutions.
7. Review and assist in determining the extend of damage and repairs of warranty claims from distributors.
8. Maintain close working relationship with our key customers to ensure the follow through until the issue is resolved.
9. Develop service training material, ensures all technical and training documents are up-to-date and organized.
10. Provides specific training to distributors and dealers for service and troubleshooting skillsets, ensuring optimum service level at all distributors.

Qualifications / Requirements

1. Diploma/degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience
2. This position requires fair amount of traveling in the Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia Region
3. Candidates with equivalent professional background will be considered
4. Prior electrical and control experience with various control system (John Deere ECU and KDI ECU) and synchronization system will be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain risk management tools for assessment, enhancing the effectiveness of the Organizational Risk Management framework.
• Control and consolidate the Organizational Risk Register for senior management reporting, facilitating Residual Risk Assessment with business units.

Requirements

Responsible for the rehearsal, audition and selection process for all candidate applying for the performing artiste position.

Identify the strengths and weakness of Each and every individual performing artiste for efficiency in allocation of performing roles.
