Fidelity, Compliance and Governance

1. Oversee and manage SRSF to ensure all KPIs stipulated by Funding Agency and Service Agreement are met in the areas of operating the Facility and rendering assistance to residents

2. Set, review and evaluate targets, objectives, outcomes and outputs of the SRSF on a regular basis. This includes the use of data and knowledge collected from CRM if implemented

3. Plan and manage the budget of the SRSF and follow proper accounting principles and guidance from Corporate Office

We are looking for a Manager, Sales – Corporate (Singapore) to join our team!

As a Manager, Sales – Corporate (Singapore) we rely on you to:

• Responsible for implementing all sales activities for multi-property to maximize business opportunities and revenues in their specific area of responsibility, in order to achieve and to exceed the segment goals for the Singapore hotels
• Implements all sales action plans related to respective market(s) and account portfolio.
• Solicits and drives all negotiated–transient and group leads to achieve the set segment sales goals and targets for the Singapore hotels.
• Participates in development of the Area Sales Plan, budget and market audits, and implements corresponding sales action plans with the Business Development sales team.
• Gathers and shares information with sales leadership on market trends, competitor activity and emerging markets.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Hotel industry.
• Able to maintains the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, colleagues and employees.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a sales team and build client relationships.

JOB SUMMARY

Leads and operates Information Technology (IT) discipline for properties and managed offices in scope. Manages a team of IT resources and is accountable for day-to-day hotel and company office IT operations. Provides support to operations leaders for owner relations and negotiations on IT matters. Once handed over from the direct manager, accountable for new opening/acquisition construction oversight, countdown, and live operation. Executes property internet support. Works with direct manager on vendor management and product development for the assigned market.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

General

· Maintains status documentation (goals, scorecard, LPA tracking, etc.) to verify accuracy.

· Strives to achieve balanced scorecard and goals by leveraging resources and concepts to achieve desired results.

· Monitors assigned company owned and managed offices to verify IT operations are running effectively.

· Meets with direct manager to provide updates on IT activities and business plans.

· Meets with business point of contact of each property (General Manager, Director of Finance, etc.) or in-person contact at least once every two months to seek feedback and provide effective updates on IT activities and plans. Produces follow-up report, action plans and information distribution.

· Assists with the activation of all potential properties within the cluster by building business cases and engaging owners and business partners.

People

· Owns IT vendor relationship for properties in scope.

· Participates in the Talent Acquisition process according to company procedures.

· Verifies induction program for new associates or associates transferring to new role is effective.

· Trains associate(s) to provide backup coverage in the department to cover cluster leader’s function during vacation and sick leave.

· Performs LPA’s on a timely basis and allocates sufficient time, research, and effort to verify the process effectively benefits the development of associates.

· Verifies effective communication, training, and execution of all talent development programs and related initiatives.

· Develops a personal management style that is intended to bring positive results from Associates.

· Builds and maintains positive and effective relations with direct team members.

Product

· Strives to remain informed on the most up to date knowledge regarding vendor activities.

· Notifies direct manager to put resources in place to verify owners have sufficient vendor choices in each market/city.

· Where assigned, delivers pilot phase early review/completion/recommendation report and relevant documentation.

· Where assigned, documents technology pilot scope and objectives with business partners.

Process

· Maintains IT inventory for the assigned properties/offices in cluster.

· Manages cluster IT Agreements for assigned properties.

· Verifies cluster associates are treated appropriately and in alignment with local operational practices.

· Verifies the execution and tracking of rollouts on a timely basis.

· Compiles, seeks approval, monitors, and strives to meet operating budgets; manages expenses using tracking and forecasting tools and engages with the accounting team closely.

· Verifies resources assigned to IT escalation and tracking processes are effective and meet the service level agreements.

· Monitors flow of issue management amongst continent support desk, vendors, and cluster organizations to verify effectiveness.

· Implements cluster best practices and suggests enhancements with the intent to benefit the wider IT community.

· Implements cluster IT policies and procedures as received by regional IT.

· Attends IT Education Calls.

· Verifies planning and accomplishment of technology disaster and contingency plan testing for each property and office.

· Completes other reasonable duties as requested by leadership.

Job Description / Requirement

Early intervention Programmes for Infants & Children-(EIPIC)

a. Involve in individual and group activity programmes

b. Train and teachers / assistants in relevant basic techniques of occupational therapy to facilitate implementation in classroom setting

c. Liaise and teach parents in client handling skills to ensure and encourage continuity of occupational therapy programmes both at EIPIC Centre and home

d. Provide support and counselling to families of clients when required

e. Evaluate, prescribe and fabricate / purchase assistive devices as required by the clients to improve their functionalities.

f. Monitoring seating / positioning in the EIPIC centre and provide necessary recommendations

g. Plan for EIPIC clients along with EIPIC heads and OT- HOD to best integrate them to mainstream, work with teachers in regular school, parents

h. Pay school visit where the EIPIC clients are integrated, provide consultation to teachers in regular school for best integration

i. Adopt various approach for therapy for EIPIC clients and take the lead in discussing the approaches with other therapists in the department

j. Adopt and practice the Best Practice Guideline (BPG) for therapists.

Professional/Staff Development

a. Keep abreast of latest development in service delivery of occupational therapy related areas to ensure that therapy programmes are kept updated.

b. Conduct in-house training programmes for relevant staff, teachers, parents, caregivers, and volunteers in the organization.

c. Involve in research where possible, relevant to areas of occupational therapy service delivery.

d. Supervise daily routine of Occupational Therapy support staff

e. Provide on-the-job training to Occupational Therapy support staff

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university recognized by Allied Health Professions Council, Singapore

5. Prior experience in SSA will be an added advantage
