Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.

Job Objectives

To support AML Projects/CRs for Singapore and Regional entities

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end projects for system implementation of MLS system and system integration with other AML systems

• Lead pre-project planning activities for technical delivery and contribute to architecture and functional specification, delivery plan, technical design, cost estimation, and resource plan

• Communicate complex technical solution to other GTO teams and business users in layman’s terms

• Coordinate technical implementation activities across application teams to ensure non-event production cutover and adequate post implementation support

People and Culture Manager, Asia will be responsible for the full scope of Human Resource functions for Asia. The candidate will be reporting to the CEO, Asia with strategic and operational initiatives through planning, implementation and best practices.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Human Resource Management:

• Lead, manage and coach stakeholders and employees.
• Implement HR policy and procedures in the company.
• Process work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Full responsibility of all statutory compliance.
• Drive employee engagement, improve workplace relationships, boost productivity and employee retention.
• Assistance in payroll processing for Asia offices.
• Point of contact for employee staff benefits, annual leave and policies.

Recruitment and Talent Sourcing:

• Understand the needs of the hiring managers and prepare job description.
• Coordination of recruitment with stakeholders to evaluate, identify and select the right candidates for Asia offices.
• Processing of employment letters, passes and all other necessary statutory documents.
• Prepare and manage all induction programs for all new team members.

Training and Performance Review:

• Full responsibility for all training programs across Asia Pacific.
• Work closely with the Head of the Departments to understand the training needs and requirements of fellow team members.
• Budget management and delivery of all training programs.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of working experience in a Human Resource capacity.
• Extensive knowledge of Employment Laws and HR best practices.
• Knowledge of payroll.
• Positive attitude with good oral and written communication skills.
• Meticulous, well-organized, resourceful and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

-Perform daily Customer Service support via email, ticketing, phone calls.

-Work with CCN’s partners e.g. OCR, to improve accuracy and efficiency in the process.

-Manage existing, new and potential customers on any demo, trial and implementation of TradeNet services, including any enhancements needed to the TradeNet application.

-Supervise, guide and train on CCNhub, Cube, and other services, to both internal team and external customers.

-Assist in helpdesk support for CCN suite of products and services, may require some Onsite support.

-May require working after office hours and on weekends for urgent issues(additional allowance will apply)
