The Senior Franchise Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance and compliance of franchise locations within Bacha Coffee outlets. Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Analyse business, work with key business stakeholders to incorporate IT applications and operation processes with technology solutions.
