• Assist Principal Project Manager (PRPM)/Senior Project Manager (SPM)/Project Manager (PM) in day-to-day management of the contract
• Advise the PRPM/SPM/PM on-site quality and safety issues
• Determine any non-conformances on works

We are seeking a dynamic Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies, optimizing delivery processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with the Sales & Technical team to implement strategies that drive sales performance.
• On-site delivery for 5GtoB, 5GtoOtoB and other related projects,
• Provide technical troubleshooting for customers, and meeting customers' on-site and remote service requirements
• Monitor sales targets and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products/services.
• Address any issues that arise during the delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of key technologies such as 5G network architecture, core network, access network, and edge computing can solve complex technical problems in 5G networks.
• In-depth knowledge of 5G equipment and solutions from Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson, etc., able to configure, debug, and optimize performance, and familiar with the characteristics and best practices of equipment from different manufacturers.
• During the deployment process, it can quickly identify and resolve problems in equipment installation, configuration, connection, etc.
• Solid technical background, including in-depth knowledge of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS), wireless communication principles, network security (including cryptography, authentication mechanisms), and network performance monitoring tools to support efficient deployment and problem solving of 5G networks.

a. Ensure that good safety and high quality of work are being carried out by the Contractor in compliance with the statutory requirements

b. To provide wherever and whenever necessary standing supervision for the construction of civil and structural works in accordance with the Project specifications, construction drawings, and Building Control Act and Regulations.

d. To assist SRE in administrative control of the site staff, instill and maintain discipline, punctuality, and keep daily records of staff attendance, and other matters concerning the site staff's administrative matters.

e. To oversee all aspects relating to the construction of the Project, keeping and submitting records.

f. To provide full support and assistance, as and when directed by the SRE or client

g. To check and assess temporary works by the Contractor to ensure that the works are safe and in compliance with all relevant Regulations.

h. To ensure that Contractor’s working procedure complies with the agreed method statement and relevant workplace safety and health regulations and to direct modification to the procedure, if necessary, to comply with the agreed method and safety and health regulations.

i. Any other Adhoc tasks are given by management

Criteria:

- Min 4 years of civil engineering experience

- Min 2 years of experience in geotechnical and deep excavation works

- Degree in Civil Engineering

- Accredited as a RE with IES

• To provide administrative control on the site staff, instil and maintain discipline, and punctuality, keep daily records of staff attendance, keep records and process the staff leave entitlement, sick leave, in-camp training and other matter concerning the site staff administrative matters, discipline and welfare.
• To oversee in all aspects relating to the construction of the Project, keeping and submitting records.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil and Structural engineering recognised by PEB
• At least 8 years of civil engineering experience, of which 5 years must be of Geotechnical such as tunnels,deep excavation and foundation, including works such as installation of monitoring instruments and collation of monitoring data
• Possessed a valid RE Cert

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Post-sales activities of Cybersecurity or Network Performance Monitoring products
• Involve in Large-scale (Local & Regional) Project Implementation
• Provide on-site implementation services including testing, deployment & documentation
• Provide technical support in ensuring customer satisfaction
• Analyse and clarify customer queries though troubleshooting and researching existing
  knowledgebase articles/known issues
• Be on routine standby to support 24x7 maintenance support calls
• Requires the ability to communicate issues clearly and concisely

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1-2 years relevant experience in IT industry providing network support and
  administration.

Job Requirements:
