• Host and manage livestreams on social media platform for launches and online sales, engaging and communicating face-to-face with the camera and audience.
• Collaborate with eCommerce team and trade marketing team to develop and execute brand campaigns and product launches.
• Craft clear and compelling copy for various mediums, including social media, blog posts (for SEO optimization), and newsletters.
• Responsible for monthly reports analyzing brand and competitor performance, offering insights and identifying growth opportunities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, ensuring our content remains fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve on social media.

Requirements

• A good degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a 360 marketing role – encompassing public relations, communications, and digital marketing, ideally within the FMCG / beauty industry.
• A genuine passion for and up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, particularly on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, with a keen interest in creating, editing short-form video content, and hosting livestreams for social video marketing.
• Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken) required, with copywriting skills a plus.
• Basic proficiency in spoken and written Chinese preferred for effective communication with overseas counterparts.
• Familiarity with WordPress and blog content creation is ideal.
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
• Results-oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong aesthetic flair, and preferably with basic skills in Adobe Illustrator, or online image-editing software such as Photopea.

The SEO Team Lead is responsible for managing and developing a team of SEO specialists, implementing comprehensive SEO strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and client management.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management:

• Lead, motivate, and train a team of SEO specialists.
• Conduct performance reviews and set objectives in conjunction with the Digital Marketing Manager
• Oversee onboarding and training of new team members
• Responsible for ensuring team members achieve individual and team KPI’s as determined with DMM

SEO Strategy:

• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies for our clients
• Stay current with and share SEO trends and algorithm updates
• Conduct website audits and derive action steps for SEO clients based on audit results
• Own backlinking processes and ensure guest post hygiene

Client Relations:

• Participate in client pitches and presentations as needed
• Participate in ongoing client conversations to better communicate SEO processes
• Collaborate with sales and account servicing team to understand clients' goals, and tailor SEO strategies to meet their needs

Performance and Reporting:

• Develop and maintain monthly performance reports
• Monitor team level performance metrics and keep DMM appraised weekly of campaign performance, status, and issues that need to be addressed.
• Ensure quality assurance and timely delivery of work

Process Improvement:

• Develop efficient SEO workflows and processes
• Identify opportunities for automation and tool integration

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SEO with a minimum of 4 years in the digital marketing industry
• At least 2 years managing a digital marketing team
• Strong hands-on experience with organic search platforms such Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SE Ranking and other SEO platforms are highly desirable
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful SEO strategies.
• Able to create relevant and effective content and/or editing for websites, meta page descriptions, blog articles, etc.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and marketing teams.
• Ability to communicate SEO strategies, results, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving approach.
