Job Scope:

• Oversee the allocation of resources and traffic management of rail and bus interchanges to support ad campaigns.
• Ensure timely submission to LTA for approval.
• Digital Advertisement – Vendor Contract Management

1. Operational and maintenance of digital screen.
2. Ensure contractor adhere to contracted SLA such as response time and recovery action during system outages/ abnormally and schedule cleaning and maintenance is performed.
3. Provide operational services such as uploading advertisement TVC/ video and taking pictures of uploaded advertisement as proof of delivery on weekly basis.

• Vendor management
• Ensure vendor comply with approved requirement on Risk Assessment (RA), Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) and General Work Health and Safety (WSH).
• Facilitate the rollout of new advertisement assets by serving as the primary contact for managing project timeline and deliverables and ensuring contractors submit all necessary documents for submission to PTO and authorities for approval.
• Collaborate with Sales Campaigners on administrative requirement, campaign execution and information on installation schedules. Identify and highlight issues that may impact the timeline and execution of the digital campaign.
• Ensure all work order issued complies to Group Procurement policy and procedures and Financials Authority Limit (FALs).
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Nitech or Diploma in Digital, IT or Engineering.
• Minimum 1year experience in media industry and operations management.
• Fair knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge in computer infrastructure, network and cybersecurity.
• Meticulous, systematic and accurate, with good time management skills.
• Able to multi-task as the roles require coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders both internal and outside the organization.
• Good communication skills to manage contractors and communicate with people on the ground.
• Self-driven, resourceful with can-do attitude as the turnaround for advertisement campaign are usually short and require precision execution.

Core Responsibilities:

Supply Chain 360 Operational Management and Process Improvement (30%)

• Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, production, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
• Develop and manage inventory control processes and demand & supply planning to optimize for stock levels and cashflow, minimize waste, and reduce costs.
• Continuously assess and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and lower costs.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness while meeting operational goals.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of supply chain operations and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Production, Procurement, Logistics and Distribution (30%)

• Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with contract manufacturers/factories, suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the procurement/manufacturing of high-quality materials & products at competitive prices.
• Support NPD/NPI and establish quality control standards: To ensure continuous improvement on products and support new product development, from sourcing, development to production. To work closely with contract manufacturers to implement product quality checks and audit processes.
• Ensure efficient logistics and distribution processes, including the management of third-party logistics (3PL) providers, to guarantee timely delivery of products to customers.

Regulatory, Import & Export operations (20%)

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards in supply chain operations.
• Oversee and manage all import and export activities for consumer goods, including coordination with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation for all international shipments, including bills of lading, import/export declarations, and certificates of origin.

Team Leadership & Collaboration (20%)

• Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain & operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

1. 10 or more years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the FMCG or CPG industry.
2. Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, 3rd party manufacturing and inventory management concepts and practices.
3. Able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking business partners and stakeholders
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

We Are Looking For

Position Overview:
A Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading and executing high-level digital
marketing strategies across multiple platforms. This role involves a more strategic approach in
marketing activities and planning, as well as requires extensive experience in digital marketing, and
advanced analytics. The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will work with marketing team to develop
strategies that align with business objectives and with the sales team to assist in business planning.

Key Responsibilities:
