Your Mission 

We are looking for a Product Regional Director to join our fast-growing Product Readiness team. Reporting to our SVP Global Products, you will be supporting the team on business growth in Asia Pacific.

You will have a key focus on understanding customer drivers of demand / need. Assess localization need for products, solutions. Support market expansion in new markets, e.g., Thailand and Vietnam. Support client success with our strategic customers, and engage with domestic and global customers in the region. The role also requires engaging internally with a broad cross-functional team including business development, product, operations, engineering and risk to name a few.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-       You have an intellectual, problem-solver and logical mind with the ability to synthesize data, insights, and feedback from multiple sources. You are comfortable in translating abstract ideas and information into concrete short-term and long-term product bets that support Nuvei’s growth.

-       You are a “roll up your sleeves” leader who can work with product, development and customer teams to define what is required to deliver the product commercially.

-       You are known by internal and external stakeholders as collaborative and inspirational. You foster strong relationships and alignment across different stakeholders within and outside the organization

You will be a high-impact individual contributor whose responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

-       Make use of our payments infrastructure to improve the performance of existing product suite, while evaluating any new products, platforms that prove to have incremental value (bias towards significant differentiation)

-       Seek out innovation in the merchants services domain by considering consumer’s needs, relevant regulatory and technological trends that could influence Nuvei’s approach to payments in the short-term vs. the long-term (social gaming, x-border transfers)

-       Build a framework for what is commercially ready – beyond development to be ready for market. 

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

-       5+ years of experience in Product Management (B2B or B2C)

-       Knowledge of payments technologies (e.g. network tokens, PINless, Faster Payments, ACH, etc.) is a plus

-       Highly analytical with the ability to use data to make decisions

-       Strong verbal and written communication skills

-       Impeccable judgment and integrity

-       Ability to juggle multiple critical tasks simultaneously

-       Bachelor's degree, MBA a plus

-       Willingness to travel as needed, globally

1. Create a comprehensive sales and business development plan to increase Sniper Digital's revenue.
2. Incorporate active prospecting, lead qualification, meetings and customised proposals to demonstrate Sniper Digital's creative and design expertise.
3. Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, internal teams and partners.
4. Oversee the entire sales process, lead generation, contract preparation, negotiation and closure while maintaining records of all sales activities and ensuring favourable contract terms.
5. Work closely with Sniper Digital's creative team to transform client needs into creative design concepts, insights and recommendations.

8. Continuously engage in market research to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and potential opportunities.
9. Act as a representative for Sniper Digital at industry events, trade shows, conferences to broaden network of potential clients and partners.
10. Maintain organised documentations, proposals, quotations and client communications.

This growth oriented position will have the primary responsibility of providing the full range of fund administration services to private equity and hybrid funds. This individual will be responsible for understanding and applying current accounting principles to the accounting and financial reporting of funds and for reviewing transaction and valuation information.  A partial list of responsibilities and skills includes:
• Preparation and Review of Net Asset Value calculation and reportings
• Coordinate investor servicing activities. Including investor on-boarding, capital calls, distributions, and other investor reportings.
• Maintain a working understanding of fund documentation(s) and apply the terms to the financial reporting and the income and expense allocations
• Maintain a working knowledge of current accounting principles and developing solutions for issues
• Preparation and review of financial statements and footnotes for audit purpose
• Liase with banks, auditors, brokers and custodians to ensure smooth service delivery to clients and timely completion of deliverables
• Involved in new funds on-boarding process
• Primary contact to client on daily operational, issue discussion and any other request
• Resolve issues/queries raised clients in a timely manner and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
• Identify and highlight opportunities for internal process improvement and increase in operational efficiency
• Assist team manager to manage the day to day operations
• Participate in company and client initiatives outside of normal deliverables and responsibilities
• Perform other duties as assigned and incidental to the work described above

Team Summary

The Products and Solutions team is responsible for developing product strategy, providing the thought leadership and long-term design for the growth of credit, debit and prepaid products across the market. This includes Issuer Engagement, Benefits & CVP, Digital Deployment and Digital Solutioning for Visa Solutions in market.

This team is a critical function tasked with driving the use of Visa credentials and solutions across existing and new clients in the market. In addition, the Products and Solutions team also serve as key influencers of the broader payments strategy in the market that helps drive innovation and growth in the large ecosystem.

What a Head of Products and Solutions does at Visa:

The Head of Products and Solutions, Singapore and Brunei will be responsible to lead the Singapore and Brunei product team, working closely with the Country Manager. The position will have significant interaction with all the major geography-based functions (Marketing, Merchants Sales and Solutions, Government Relations etc.) as well as Visa Singapore-based executives, across Digital Solutions, Data Solutions, Core Solutions as well functions like Merchant Sales and Solutions, Corporate Strategy and Marketing.

The primary responsibilities of the Head of Products and Solutions, Singapore and Brunei would include

• Develop, deliver and activate product strategies
• Establish and enhance pipeline of product enhancements, developments and acceleration plans
• Launch new product initiatives on time, within budget and across multiple clients
• Manage the Core Product category to grow share and usage of Visa credentials across Consumer and Commercial segments
• Manage and meet financial performance indicators for Visa core products in Singapore and Brunei including revenue targets, operating expense budgets.
• Manage and meet business metric performance for Visa core products in Singapore and Brunei, including CIF, payment volume, transaction volume and international cash
• Lead a team of innovative and engaged individuals focused on delivering best in class products to address local customer preference and anticipated needs.
