Your Profile

To qualify for the role, you must have

The Professional Development Delivery (PDD) Logistics team manages the logistics for all educator professional learning workshops, hosting over 10,000 + workshop participants in hotels and schools across each region. About the Job

The Professional Development Delivery (PDD) Logistics Manager oversees the organizational details for all events within the region including workshops held at hotels and on school campuses. Specifically, the PD Delivery Logistics Manager and the team manage event registrations, coordinate logistics with schools, procure and negotiate hotel contracts, food and beverage prices, meeting room rentals, and attrition.

This position manages a team of event staff and is required to travel approximately 30% of the time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating staff to meet KPIs related to turnaround times (TATs) and customer needs.

• Lead by example while advocating for EHS, integrity, compliance, and ethics.
• Evaluate staff performance and manage manpower and resources.
• Escalate laboratory issues and serve as a liaison between the lab and management.
• Research and spearhead operational improvement initiatives.
• Execute additional tasks as directed by the business.

Qualifications

• Educational Background in Bio/Life Sciences & Microbiology, or Bio-Tech / Bio-Molecular Education, or equivalent with 12 years related laboratry experience (Masters & PhD preferred).
• Experienced with method-related tasks, including development, verification, validation, and enhancement.
• Experience in both Micro-Biology as well as PCR and Bio-Molecular Work will be a huge advantage.
• Possesses SAC Singlas signatory for Microbiology &/or Bio-Molecular and laboratory operation and management experience.
• Minimum 6 years as a laboratory manager, including proven technical knowledge and laboratory experience.
• Experienced in audit & CAPA management skills.
